Created by a passion for customer service and the desire to easily find and hire a reliable cleaning service! Avoiding many other cleaning services that have flaws – late appointments, untrustworthy, random cancellations, poor cleaning, poor communication, and unfair customer service – with our 40-point checklist you won’t have to worry any more!

The company that we started focuses on people’s happiness that begins within their homes. We listen to our customers and give them options to let us know what makes them happy. We do our best to meet or exceed our customers cleaning standards to make them feel clean and comfortable inside of their homes. Paula Silva

Paula came to America from Brazil only speaking Portuguese. She was afraid about the move and how she would provide for her family in America. Through the power of social media she reached out to groups and started cleaning homes as a helper with a company that gave her an opportunity to learn the skills it takes to clean homes. Paula will always be grateful for the opportunities that were given to her from the circle of people who really helped her out in the beginning. It was very difficult for her to learn English while working around the clock to earn a living. As she progressed in her English learnings she realized that people were wanting more out of the normal house cleaners. This made her question why can the companies not offer more to their clients? Why can they not focus on little details? We are not just cleaning houses but we are cleaning people’s homes. Homes should make people feel clean, comfortable and happy. This is when Paula branched out and created her own company.

Paula is constantly busy with pleasing her clients but every once in a while she gets free time. Her free time is spent mainly with Arley and her son Miguel. She enjoys venturing out to local food spots, traveling to create new adventures, going to church, exercising, reading and painting.

Arley Jones

Arley was born here in Charleston, South Carolina. He has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Arley started helping Paula clean homes just to spend some more time with Paula on the weekends. He started meeting some of the clients and started to realize how customers would always complain about other cleaning companies that were unreliable, lacked communication, customer service was poor and quality was always inconsistent.  Paula and Arley ended up realizing that together they could improve Charleston home owner’s lives by creating a cleaning company that would satisfy what the customers in Charleston were lacking.

When Arley finally gets a break from work he enjoys adventuring out to new local food scenes, playing golf, fishing, spending time with family, traveling and spending time with his dog Chola!

  • Booking

    We ask that all bookings be made 48 hours in advance. If you need an emergency cleaning please reach out to us and we will do our best to make it happen.
  • Do you service my area?

    We service all homes and apartments within 30 miles of Charleston SC
  • What is included in a Regular/Standard Clean?


    Kitchen (clean sink, counters, cabinet faces and stove top).
    Cleaning of all exterior surfaces in all rooms excluding walls. 
    Mopping and vacuuming of floors. 
    Bathroom cleaning to include shower/tub, toilets and counters. 
    Bedroom shelves, dusting of picture frames, nightstands and making beds.

    Not included:

    All extra items at checkout are not included and must be individually selected for additional cost. 
    Adding the extra “Deep Clean” allows our Specialists more time for all of the tasks above.
  • What is included in a Deep Clean?


    Everything already included in our Regular/Standard Clean.
    Baseboard dusting and wiping. clean
    Light switches and door handles/knobs.
    Faucet polishing.
    Back Splash cleaned/disinfected.
    Extra time for detailed areas needing more attention.

    Not included:

    All extra items at checkout are not included and must be individually selected for additional cost.
  • Do you do Move Out/Move In Cleans?

    Yes. Contact us so we can gauge exactly what you need in order to provide you the most competitive quote possible.
  • What service do you recommend for first time Clients?

    Without a doubt a Deep Clean add on allows us the extra time to reach all of the areas that have been missed during regular cleaning in the past. This also allows our Specialists to spend more time in the areas you want us most. After the initial deep cleaning most Clients switch to a standard clean for upkeep.
  • What if I don’t want my entire home cleaned?

    Reach out to us with a call/text/email so we can tailor a package exactly how you would like.
  • What about pets?

    Pets are a part of the family, and so we clean up after them as well! During service we recommend that you do keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable — not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space. Let us know how you'd like to handle your pet ahead of time to keep them safe and happy.
  • How many Specialist will come?

    We typically send 1-2 cleaners for all jobs. If you have an exceptionally large home we can arrange for more Specialists, but have found in most cases 3 or more Specialists isn’t efficient or cost effective for you as the client. 
  • Will the same Specialists come every time?

    Yes, upon request. Please understand our Specialists have personal lives. Sometimes Doctors Appointments, kids school activities and just plain ol’ vacation time conflict with scheduling. If this happens we will notify you in advance. 
  • Are your rates negotiable?

    No. Our rates are calculated by the information you provide. Some individuals/companies are able to offer lower rates because they don’t carry liability insurance, bonding, or vet their employees. Those are things we don’t operate without. 
  • Do you offer discounts?

    Absolutely! We have amazing discounts for our Weekly, Bi-Weekly, and Monthly cleaning. Follow us on Facebook and Instagram for other specials.
  • Can I book Weekly, Bi-Weekly or Monthly clean just for the discount and cancel after my clean?

    No. Those discounts are reserved strictly for ongoing services. If you cancel after the first service you will be charged the difference in price. 
  • What if I’m not satisfied with my cleaning?

    If for any reason we miss something or you are not satisfied with the service please reach out to us immediately so we can come back and make it right. All re-cleans must be done within 48 hours of the original clean. 
  • When will I be charged for my cleaning?

    All cleanings are processed on the date of service. 
  • Cancellation/Rescheduling

    We accept cancellations/rescheduling 48 hours outside of your scheduled cleaning. If you need to cancel a one time clean within 48 hours of your scheduled cleaning, you will incur a $100 cancellation fee. If you need to cancel a recurring clean within 48 hours of your scheduled cleaning, you will incur a $50 cancellation fee. Most of this fee is paid to our Specialists for them not getting paid for that day.
  • Scheduled Times

    Scheduled times will have an arrival window within two hours of your scheduled time.
