Pearl Clean was founded on a simple frustration we heard over and over: cleaning companies that showed up late, cancelled at the last minute, went quiet when you needed them, and delivered a different result every visit. We decided to build the opposite of that.
Today, every home we clean follows our thorough 40-point checklist, so you always know what you're getting. We listen first, tailor the work to how you actually live, and aim to leave every space feeling fresh, comfortable, and genuinely cared for.
True luxury requires time, patience, and an uncompromising eye for detail. Like a real pearl, a spotless home is the result of both, and that is the standard we bring to every space we care for.

Co-Owner & Founder
Kelly's journey with Pearl Clean began with a simple belief: a cleaning service should care for a home as much as the people who live in it do.
After moving to the United States from Brazil, Kelly began working in the cleaning industry and quickly discovered she had a natural eye for the details others often overlooked. As she built relationships with clients, she saw an opportunity to create something different: a company centered around quality, consistency, trust, and genuine care.
What started with Kelly personally cleaning homes grew through word of mouth, loyal clients, and a commitment to doing things the right way. That vision became Pearl Clean.
Today, Kelly continues to bring the same high standards and attention to detail that shaped the company from the beginning, while helping lead a growing team dedicated to giving every client a home they can feel good about.
Co-Owner
Born and raised in Charleston, South Carolina, Arley brings both local roots and a background in Business Administration to Pearl Clean.
What began as supporting Kelly in the early days of the company quickly grew into a shared vision for something bigger. Arley saw an opportunity to combine exceptional cleaning with the professionalism, communication, and reliability clients should expect from a service company.
As Pearl Clean grew, Arley became an integral part of building the systems and operations behind the business, helping transform a small local cleaning company into the trusted and growing team it is today.
Together, Kelly and Arley continue to lead Pearl Clean with a commitment to quality, consistency, and taking care of both their clients and their team.

Administrative Manager
Pamela helps keep Pearl Clean running smoothly behind the scenes, overseeing client communication, scheduling, team coordination, and day-to-day operations. She takes pride in making sure both clients and team members feel heard, supported, and taken care of.
Outside of Pearl Clean, Pamela's favorite role is being a mom to her daughter, who keeps life busy, fun, and full of purpose.

Lyna handles Pearl Clean's billing and account support, helping ensure payments, invoices, and client accounts are handled accurately and efficiently. Her attention to detail and dependable nature make her an important part of keeping things organized behind the scenes.
