These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pearl Clean LLC website and the cleaning services we provide in Charleston, SC and the surrounding Lowcountry. By booking a service or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

Pearl Clean LLC provides residential, move-in and move-out, post-construction, Airbnb turnover, and office cleaning. The tasks included in each service are described on our service pages and checklists. Add-on services are quoted separately.

2. Booking and scheduling

• Please book at least 48 hours in advance. If you need an emergency cleaning, contact us and we will do our best to help.
• Each appointment includes a two-hour arrival window.
• We typically send one to two cleaning specialists per job.

3. Cancellations and rescheduling

• You may cancel or reschedule free of charge with at least 48 hours' notice.
• Cancelling a one-time cleaning within 48 hours of the appointment incurs a $50 fee.
• For recurring cleanings, the $50 fee applies to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.

Most of this fee goes to the team member who lost a day's work on short notice.

4. Pricing and payment

• Our rates are calculated from the information you provide about your home or office, so please make sure it is accurate and complete. Rates are not negotiable.
• Payment is processed automatically on the date of service, after the cleaning is complete.
• Homes with pets carry a $25 pet fee, which is included in every quote.

5. Preparing for your cleaning

• Clear surfaces and floors of personal items, toys, clothes, and clutter so our team can focus on cleaning.
• Share access instructions in advance.
• Keep pets somewhere comfortable and let us know how you would like us to handle them.
• Tell us about anything fragile or off-limits before your appointment.

6. Our guarantee

If we missed something or the result is not what you expected, contact us right away. Re-cleans are scheduled within 48 hours of the original visit.

7. Insurance and our team

Pearl Clean LLC is fully insured and bonded, and every specialist is background-checked before working in a client's home.

8. Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, you consent to receive messages as described in our SMS Privacy Policy. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.

9. Using this website

All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, belongs to Pearl Clean LLC or its licensors. Please do not copy, reproduce, or misuse it without our written permission, and do not use the site for any unlawful purpose.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Our website is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pearl Clean LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or services. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
